I'm 21
5'10. 240
I've recently lost 35 pounds of fat and I want to find the right first cycle for me. My
Goal is to be 225 to 230 but more mass swell as definition. I know I'm asking
For alot but I am going on a cruise on Easter week (April) and I would like to lose
Fat while ultimately building
Muscle. I ordered some Clen. But I'm not sure what to do my original thoughts were to try and lose fat while lifting
Heavy and doing
Cardio for the next 2 and a half
Months and then do a 12
Week test cycle of either 250 or 500 Mgs a week. I'm not sure if I am doing this right
But I was gonna take the Clen or just stick with
Another dietary supplement for now and in mid January start my first cycle. Ending the week I go away. My
Ultimate
Goal is to look as big and lean as possible when on the cruise. I am very dedicated and have
Been lifting heavy since 16 years old. With the exception of the last 18 months on and off any advice is well appreciated. I guess what I need to know Is how should I go about doing

man you can do just what you want with a diet hit up 3J, and you want have to worry bout your dick on the cruise
 
Top right hand side. 3j is a member here. He helps out with your diet. If you wanna lose weight you will be impressed with him. Im doing a carb cycling diet from 3j. I've been on the diet for 3 weeks and lost 10 lbs and 3 inches on my belly. Its well worth the money and cheaper than test.

i am 3J,

i run the diet section of this forum and also own a nutrition company...

in other words, im a nutritionist.. and what balboa is trying to say (rightly so) is that you need to get your diet checked out and then worry about gear..

you can take all the compounds in the world but if you dont have a kick ass diet its not worth shit...

dude what kind of test? anyways your 21 still young to start I would reall just hit up 3J you can get bunk shit. Work on diet first then bulk what is your diet now and workout schedule?
 
Clen is a fat burner not a steroids. It's good but terrible on your heart. What's your bf% if its high your more prone to gyno. But regardless get steroids out of your mind. Your too young and with your elevated test and crazy hormones putting synthetic steroids in you will fuck you all up. I've read a lot about young users and the side effects after. A lot get bad depression, and the basic problems with steruids like liver problems prostate troubles. To many to list. So unless you wanna get fucked up do a little research , get your diet in check , and maybe in a few years you'll be ready. Cuz steroids aren't some magical pill and you get Fucking jacked and a six pack apears. Nope it doesn't.
 
I'm eating very light. Like 1800 to 1900 calories a day low carbs. And lifting 4x a week and cardio 4x a week. Not exactly sure how to eat and lift while dropping weight
But adding muscle
 
Do you have a pct planned? Did I read that correct that you wanna stop your cycke a week before your cruise? Are you dumb? Go read. Please. Listen two weeks after your last pin the rest of the synthetic test will be out of your system. Meaning your natty test will be shutdown too. That equals you feel like shit. So if you wanna ruin your whole cruise do that. Matter of fact don't do steroids at all. Theres a sticky on here that says am I ready for fear check list which you aren't even a little bit ready

Wow 1900 cals? Dude you have to eat like 3500 on a cycle to even grow. I'm not trying to be a Dick here bro. But its getting worse and worse on these forums. Everyday there is kids in here so crazy about doing steroids. Young kids that should be worrying about parties and Pussy. Best time if there lifes all the need is a good diet to have a good body that the older fellas use steruids because we don't have that natural test like a 20 year old has. The younger generations are so lazy and never wanna work for anything
