I've recently lost 35 pounds of fat and I want to find the right first cycle for me. My
Goal is to be 225 to 230 but more mass swell as definition. I know I'm asking
For alot but I am going on a cruise on Easter week (April) and I would like to lose
Fat while ultimately building
Muscle. I ordered some Clen. But I'm not sure what to do my original thoughts were to try and lose fat while lifting
Heavy and doing
Cardio for the next 2 and a half
Months and then do a 12
Week test cycle of either 250 or 500 Mgs a week. I'm not sure if I am doing this right
But I was gonna take the Clen or just stick with
Another dietary supplement for now and in mid January start my first cycle. Ending the week I go away. My
Ultimate
Goal is to look as big and lean as possible when on the cruise. I am very dedicated and have
Been lifting heavy since 16 years old. With the exception of the last 18 months on and off any advice is well appreciated. I guess what I need to know Is how should I go about doing
