Some weird shit

This is a warning for all those that are eating now behind your
pc.
Stop reading then. lol.
For a long time now, I'm allergic to lactose and possible other stuff.
Almost a year ago I noticed that my shit was pale, light yellow
It continued for a couple day's, I freaked out because I thought my liver was failing.
The doc checked me and he said it was normal, and nothing to worry about.
He said it was something in my nutrition causing it.
The pale collor went away a couple day's later.
Now, I'm having for a few months that pale, collor.
I have often diarrhea.

I'm not drinking any milk, and I try to eliminate all lactose, because I thought
that was the cause of all my problems.
I quit the shakes and replaced it by eggs.
So now I'm eating tuna,rice, chicken and eggs.
And the pale shit is still there!
I have lost a lot of musclemass, people ask me if I'm sick.

If I eat 2 tiny meals a day, then everthing goes normal after a few weeks.
But I love bodybuilding so much, don't think I can be happy without the sport.
I'm sure if I have to quit it it's back on rec.drugs to forget everthing.

Need some advice
 
The problem is that you are not eating enough green vegetables-eat green vegetables and your digestion will normalize.

Don't forget fruit 5-10 servings a day, I do it and my shit is fine; also fruit has fibre, which along with vegetables can help regulate your digestion, always eat well balanced meals if you are able too.

I use a veggie powder supplement because I just dont take the time to cook whole veggies.
