Ok, I know that I am growing ever so slowly, and that is partly because of the diet I am on. I am eating very clean, and I don't even think I have cheated twice in the last 6 weeks. I'm a freak.

I'm currently on the following:

Dbol @ 25mg/day
Cypionate @ 500mg week

I have been on cycle now for 14 days exactly. I know that isn't enough time for anything to change...this I know. I just want to gain more LBM. I have gained a pretty good bit of muscle in the last 8 weeks, while losing a considerable amount of fat.

I don't think I'm taking in enough calories to gain the maximum amount of LBM that I should be gaining. Granted, when the cypionate kicks in I should start gaining some more, but I'm not even concerned with the AAS. I'm more concerned with my diet.

Meal 1 - 8 egg whites
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
25g Pro Sorben Super protein

Meal 2 - 50g Pro Sorben Super protein
Glutagain
35g Maltodextrin
Apple

Meal 3 - 50-60g chicken
50-60g rice
cup green beans, or blackeye peas

Meal 4 - 2 tbsp peanut butter, organic
8 low sodium triscuits
Banana
Cottage cheese, only sometimes

Pre-workout, & during - 75g Maltodextrin

Post-workout - 50g Pro Sorben Super protein
75g Maltodextrin
BCAA

Meal 5 - 50-60g Chicken or Tuna
Rice
Asparagus
Blackeye peas

Meal 6 - 50 G Nightime Formula Protein
Flax seed oil

Now, this could change a bit but not much.

This is the way it has been, and everything is going good, but I feel like I need different foods that are clean, or just maybe more of them. I want to keep gaining LBM, with no fat.

Help!
 
I do cardio in the mornings 4x a week. Maybe instead of leaving the gym, coming home, and making my Meal 1, I could immediately consume a PWO shake (50g pro/100g Malto). Then I could come home, cook the eggs, make the oatmeal/protein shake, and get ready for work. At 8:30 I always leave the house for work, so I could throw down the food and it could count as a second meal. HMM....now I may be getting somewhere. That could up my protein to almost 400 grams per day. Overkill? I don't know. I will need to take some serious ginger root during every meal from now on.
 
No you need some junk in there. Not a lot but enough -

Stop being overly concerned with eating clean all the time. You just won't grow.
 
^^^ I'll second that. You also only have 2 fruit and 2 veg a day (blackeyed peas don't count IMO). If you want to stay clean and regular add some more in. That-a-way you get more cals, and a number of health benefits to boot...

And just a little aside...If you haven't gained any weight (say 5lbs) from 2 wks of dbol odds are good you need to drink more water, or recheck your source. I gained 10 myself (but everyone is diff)

I can up the fruit & veg a bit. Thats no problem.

The dbol is real, I know for a fact because I have taken it before. As for only gaining 5 pounds since I have been on it, well I am taking .25mg of Arimidex per day, and usually 20mg of Nolvadex to ward off any signs of gyno.

I think that I need more estrogen in my system, therefore I may just go .25 EOD with the arimidex, and drop the Nolva until I see a sign of gyno.

Plus, eating this clean, I'm only gaining LBM with minimal water gain.

I drink 2 gallons of water per day.

I'm wondering how you would know that you need more Estrogen in your body? I'm sure a test would determine this but it sounds like you are talking about a physical indicator?

Well, I am only assuming this is true. Now, granted, I'm only 2 weeks into my cycle, so how would I even know for sure if I was low on estrogen. My point is that you need a limited amount of estrogen when on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for more growth, and if my arimidex is blocking out all of my bodies estrogen production, then this could be the reason I have only gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks on dbol. The cypionate hasn't had a chance to start affecting me.

Or, my diet could be so good, that it's solid muscle that I have gained, and I'm just being over paranoid.
