are you losing fat or muscle? What does your diet look like - high protein/carbs? What does your training look like - is it PL based or BB based? I'm assuming your looking for gains in mass. Do you focous on heavy compound lifts around the 8 rep range?

Hmm.. I guess fat.. I've gotten a noticably leaner, only by a little bit though, so I guess that's a good thing. Diet was high protein, moderate carbs, not like I used to eat (around 500g carbs/day).. but I've increased my carbs now. I think I was just worryin too much about being lean for spring break..
Mostly bodybuilding based, or more like powerbuilding based. Heavy on compound lifts, but heavy for 6 reps usually.. then a few more exercises, heavy enough to where I only get 6-10 reps on those.
