The last few days/weeks I've been experiencing a really sharp pain near my elbow (right near my tricep) which sometimes runs all the way up to my right shoulder, and down in to my hand. It's kinda hard to explain.
Is this something I should expect from training? (I'm a fairly small guy so I don't know how my body is supposed to take muscle growth). I first noticed it while working out, and its sorta got worse lately.
Any ideas? Thanks
