Sore Elbows?

Lately when I do flat bench I get pain in my elbows. :flamingma
It sucks. Flat bench is my weakest, unfortunately. Stats- 26yrs.5'-8" 185lbs.
I can bench 205 for 3-4 reps, and 225 for 1. And it hurts. I usually do 3 sets of 6 reps w/ 185, and then go to 205, for 3-4. Then go for the 225 for 1.
Anyone ?
 
Make sure you warm them up completely before attempting even your first regular set. My elbows hurt if I don't warm them up completely, especially on tricep or chest day.

What works for me: I strech a lot, take a 5lb plate and do shoulder circles each way. Take 15 lbs and do 10 or so bicep curls, then tricep extensions above your head, then shoulder press them above my head. Then bench the bar for 10 or so reps. Then a set of 135. Then maybe even some light tricep pushdowns. This solves the problem for me.
