Soy isolate protein whats the verdict?

I've been using Pro Complex protein powder for quite some time, but today I bought EAS Stage Three Premium Protein Powder. It was around thirty dollars for six lbs and the protein content is 27g with 140 cal. The issue being that the content is a blend of whey, milk, and soy isolate proteins. I've read lots about the positive and negative effects of soy, and as of now, I don't think it would be beneficial
[/LIST] to take this. I was trying to figure out how much of the contents is soy, however, the EAS website doesn't even list this "blend" in their proudct database. Does anybody have experience using this long term, or know more about the amount of soy isolates used in it. Also, if I was taking winstrol how would this affect my cycle. I've read that soy products have the ability to promote the production of estrogen. Can anyone tell me how much soy must be consumed for this to happen, and to what extent is this possilble. Thanks in advance for your time. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Also, in regard to a winstrol cycle, or training in general, how much sleep would be considered too much sleep. Over eight and a half hours from what I understand is considered sufficient. Is it counter productive to get more sleep than that. What affect would getting too much sleep have on gains?

The studies according to the muscle rags say not to worry about the estro from the soy unless you eat ALOT of it. THe 6lb bag is a Costco thing and for the same price its 5lbs at Sams. I go through about 24lbs of this stuff a month.
