speeding up fat loss 14% to 10%?

i have my diet in check and im doing sufficient cardio to burn fat. a few months ago i was at 17% bf now im at 14%. my goal is to reach the 10% mark. i've been working out for about 2 years and recently started to cut fat. im 5'10 170lbs and i dont want anymore bulk, i wanna go for the cut look. i've been looking at products lately and what would people suggest to give me that extra boost, clen or hydroxycut? im a little unsure about both but i want to reach my goal asap.

IMO, you should hold off on the Clen until you get to 10% body fat. With Clen, the adrenal receptors quickly down regulate so the clen will be most effect for the first 2 weeks. After first 2 weeks, lay off the Clen for 2 weeks to allow some improvement in receptor uptake. You could add Ketotifen which will help keep the receptors from down regulating, but Keto causes increase in appetite and drowsiness.

I have found twice per day cardio 4 days per week to be the real "magic" to getting lean. Work up to 45 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the evening.

dam thats heavy cardio. i'll give it a shot and see where it takes me.
