Sponsored LGD Log : What can this do in 1 month

Brand: Dark Label Nutrition from bbesupps

Notes:
Since this comes in 15 mg tabs, that is what I am taking.
I'm starting this log at the half-way point. I started LGD midway through the MK677.

Goals:
While on are to aid in fat loss while adding some strength gains. I'm still cutting.

Week 1:
First week was likely placebo but I felt good. Near the end of week 1 I was getting some massive cramping in my hands when doing anything that required a strong grip.

Week 2:
I got sick, which sucks. However, I went to the gym anyways (Surgical mask and all). Even while sick I maintained strength. I also lost the hand pump but whenever doing ab exercises, my obliques feel like they are really popping through (No pictures because I'm still a fat fcuker).

I also noticed that my appetite shot up. This was good because my appetite usually dies down when I'm sick.

I'm on TRT at 125mg per week. I never felt 'aggression' on TRT but have felt some moodiness, in a good way, when taking LGD. It's almost an uplifting feeling. I take my tab pre-workout to offset the hunger since I'll get a post-workout meal in and my regular meal soon after.

I hope to get in for a bodpod scan Monday if time allows.

Yeah I got sick with flu the first week and pneumonia the second. I was having a hell of a time getting a pump in my chest, everywhere else was insane pumps. I switched to staring with dumbbell presses then inclines, then flat bench nice slow lighter weight, 4-7 sec negatives. My shoulders are screaming by the time I hit the military presses but that fixed the chest pump.

Week 3:
I got over the flu and dropped a ton of water weight.

I am getting some nice pumps whenever I hit arms. And while I'm not a vascular person I have started to notice more veins popping in my arms at the end of most sessions.

As for how I feel, I feel great. Recovery from being sick was faster than normal. This also helped me keep my appetite while sick, which is odd since I usually don't like eating when I'm sick.

I've gotten stronger with shoulders (Weak body part) while staying on this cut. That's awesome.

Alright...finished things up.

Here is what happened:
I lost weight over the course of the month (3 kilograms, but some of that was water weight put on by my battle with the flu) but gained strength.
I'm still in a caloric deficit but felt stronger (Was stronger) in the gym.
I mentioned that my shoulders in particular were stronger.
During this time I also noticed new veins popping out of my left arm, which is new for me as I'm not vascular at all.
The pumps I got from this were great. Not sure if it was the LGD or if it was psychological but either way I was happy.

I wish I could have run it longer and would definitely buy it if it were available.

Good Log Synonymous. I wish it was still available too but with the lawsuits in the supplement industry it wasn't worth the risk to carry it anymore.

I still have some sublingual MK-28 still available until it's sold out.

Still carrying hardcore prohormones and support supplements though.

So far I've only seen suits regarding companies selling Sarms as dietary supplements. Nothing about them being sold as research chemicals, or did I miss something?

That being said I understand your being on the side of caution.
