hurt my wrist training, hurts like hell, at least i think it is spraint, i cant even cut my fucking chicken to eat it hurts so bad, what do most of you do for this, wrap it up keep training? i put icyhot and bangay but isnt doing fucking shit, thanks 4 help

For a SPRAINED wrist there's not too much you can do but control swelling and let it heal. Ice after lifting and an NSAID. I also take fish oils for their anti inflammatory properties as well. I always use inzer wrist wraps for this exact reason. Pick a pair of them up and just give it time to heal before doing exercises that put a lot of strain on it.

been almost a month since this accident, 2 days ago i was in the gym with very small pain still in my wrist, i was doing bicep cable curls and i felt the pain so i sqeezed harder and harder and bam now my fucking hand is hurting, the inside of my hand feels fractured or soemthing and fucking hurts like hell!!!!!
 
not too mentioned im on week 3 post cycle therapy (pct) and dropping weight like mofo!!!!! skiping 1 day at the gym fucking sucks!!! now i got to skip DAYS maybe even week from the gym!! stupid me
 
Last time my wrist was jacked I did the ice for 30 minutes and heat for 30 minutes for a total of about 3 hours and i've never had an issue since

do the exact opposite next time it hurts. listen to your body. sometimes it's not easy, especially when pumping iron. hopefully your wrist heals 100% and you don't have an orthopedic telling you there are torn ligaments in your wrist.
 
my wrist is fine now bros but my haand now is fucked up!! cant belive it, my left hand, lower part of it before the pinky knuckle bone, hurts like a motherfucker!!!! putting bengay on it like a motherfucker, someone told me wearing gloves might help, i just wear wraps.... wtf i want to start next cycle tomorow!

i hade the same problem like you. the solution i use is : i change every position of my hand like as doing straight curl and my wrist was very hurting i started e z bar i use more dumbell free hand position(the hand take the position how is not hurt
