i can squat more than i can do off a box that is one inch below parallel. I have only been box squating for a month or two though. But i still think that your box squat will not exceed your regular squat, if both are being done properly, but i will let the experts chime in, because i sure as hell am not one of them.t3project said:am i supposed to be able to box squat more than i full squat and deadlift? is this strange?
