squat till you puke

i have heard about the term squating till you puke . . . i dont' mean to do that - but for some reason after like my 4th set of 8 i always feel sick, and when im done wiht my 6 sets of 8, like my trainer advised, i always wanna fucking puke everywhere -= and i have a few times. i have friends who literally have a puke bucket and use it all the time when training legs - is this normal? i want to say its overtraining . . . but JUST 6x8 of squats, and 4x8 sets of calves with 3 sets of 8 leg curls and 3 sets of 8 leg extensnions is not - imo.
 
wow...6 sets of 8 reps of squats?? that's too much for me....
cut it down....honestly....
I always do 5x5 and it works for me...try it...
remember...bodybuilding is an ongoin experiment...
 
well i like to think i squat pretty hardcore..i have never puked from squatting..i also dont workout with a full stomach..

i also take plenty of time inbetween sets..im in no rush when doing box squats on ME day i can easily spen almost an hour doing them counting warmups..im in no rush..my goal is to lift the weight not get a cardio workout
 
i squat till i shit lol jk as hard as i go with them i have never felt sick id love to see someone vomit though....

ive done fronts and i like them..but i cant front squat as much as i can back squat..so how would my quads grow more from fronts?

hit the nail on the head with this one blackbeard. i have been squating for years and never once have i puked

try having ur pre workout meal a good 1-2hr before hand!!!.....it may help

bout 2 hours before i have some oats and a pro source seems to be good for me
 
i get about 1/2 the time when i do legs. and i workout on basically an empty stomach. usually i get the dry heaves or blow whatever is in there. i seen lots of guys get sick while squatting and others never have the prob.
 
i always workout on an emty stomach - i eat right afterwards on my way home - and then every 2-3 hours after that until i go to bed - i workout in the mornings . . .
 
today was the first time i did almost puke after doing squats. i was pretty pissed becuase i couldnt finish my reps...i felt like i was literally going to pass out....NOT COOL. lol
 
i hate squating + but you must learn to love it - cuz without it you aren't goin anywhere + every since i started squating more - my test levels are shooting up + my other lifts goin up- i feel like a motherfucking monster ready to rip someones fucking face off . . . god damn - i gotta get me hands on some gear soon!
