i have heard about the term squating till you puke . . . i dont' mean to do that - but for some reason after like my 4th set of 8 i always feel sick, and when im done wiht my 6 sets of 8, like my trainer advised, i always wanna fucking puke everywhere -= and i have a few times. i have friends who literally have a puke bucket and use it all the time when training legs - is this normal? i want to say its overtraining . . . but JUST 6x8 of squats, and 4x8 sets of calves with 3 sets of 8 leg curls and 3 sets of 8 leg extensnions is not - imo.
