I have been kicking up my squat these days trying to put on some size. Now i have this pain in my groin area, even when i do light (225) weight. Should i just take some time off or is this normal??
i had that issue awhile back like 6 years ago it was during the winter though when I would squat it would have a slight groin area your groin area might be cold so you might want to wear some boxer briefs no joke man try to keep that are warm or do more warm up sets or something.
