I've got my diet and training down (A la 3J)
I was looking at SARMs and got some GW before it was pulled from the market. It all arrived and I've got plenty of it (Part birthday, part Christmas presents from family).
However, in my search I've just come across SR-9009 and it also looks to be promising in helping people achieve their goals. Was wondering if those who have run it could share their experiences. Would love to get some blood work done and then run it to see if there are any changes in health markers.
How long do you generally run it for?
How many mg is generally the lower/upper range? And did you feel a difference between them?
Anything to avoid or add while running it to maximize the effects?
I read somewhere that you need to dose it several times per day and not in 1 big dose or even 2. Something like between 3 and 6 times. That would be easy in capsule. Not so much in liquid. If you have a method to make taking it easier please share. OR if this spacing thing isn't that big a deal from your experiences, please share.
