SSB busted?

Solid advice, but I think you're being a bit extreme. The loophole does still exist, and such, a customer shouldn't have any worries. The majority of the research companies take credit cards. They wouldn't do this if their respective legal teams hadn't gone over and over the fine print/legal ramifications with a fine toothed comb.

Are they on the radar? Yes. Can any action be taken against them for breaking any laws? I highly doubt it, until legislation is passed (which is only a matter of time). The liquid cialis, viagra, and levitra is going to drive it. It's all about money. They would rather us pay $10 a pill for brand name Pfizer.

Yeah but what if someone is already on the radar, say LE picked up their names on one of the lists, then they get flagged again over research chems. No reason to draw extra attention to yourself at a time like this.

Innovative Research just sent out an email notifying people that they are being held up by the DEA due to the peptides they sell. They are currently way behind on sending orders and their website says they aren't taking any new orders.

the hell they do. Not when they come on to bodybuilding boards .. explain how to use them and at what doses.. Read the affidavit on unversalkits.

The feds claim by doing this it show clear knowledge that it's not for research, but for human use.

in the case of research companies.. they won't be able to fall on their disclaimer if they are on the board telling people how to use any given product

I'm not saying that they aren't walking a tightrope. All I'm saying, is that they've been around for years. They've been way out there and totally obvious about it way before the influx of 'open source' boards came on the scene.

They are going to be shut down. No doubt about it. It's not as cut and dry as people think though. It's going to take legislation ala what occured with the prohormones.

All they have to do is pass a simple law.

True.

Most people are unaware that most ancillaries can be ordered from overseas quasi-legally anyhow (non-controlled/not on any import detention lists/personal supply).

100% correct... and unfortunately their sharing of knowledge (this way) will be what causes the collapse. Right now the DEA, FDA (big one here) & US D.o.J have been concentrating most of it's efforts/funds on disrupting & shutting down the internet Pharmacy industry. These research companies are now being linked to these operations as well as illegal ties to Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) distribution. They'll be hit from both angles so something will stick. Also, the thing to remember here is that, yes, they do not sell "illicit" drugs or Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) HOWEVER selling a chemical like Tamoxifen or Arimidex for POSSIBLE human consumption WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION is ILLEGAL. Draw your own conclusions but the government acts first and asks questions later.

Basskiller Is Right

BASSKILLER IS CORRECT! If you look at the Universalkits bust you can clearly see why things went bad there. You've got to have some sympathy for these guys, but when you read the way that their customer service was answering and directing questions, they might as well have sent LE an invitation to RSVP them and let them know when they were going to get raided. Furthermore, they were sending needles with their kits to states that require scripts. Finally, I can't believe that when someone is running a business that is already riding the line of the law, why would you not pay taxes on $250,000.00.... worst yet, admit to it. I think the owner of Universal kits is rethinking how he went about his whole business, and if he could do it over again, I'm sure he would have handled things much differently. Personally, I always had decent service from UK, but it looks like things started taking a turn for the worse over the last few months. I really hope the best for UK. No one deserves to go to jail when you have not hurt anyone. I really hope the best for them and that they get out of the trouble they put themselves in. They should have known better. IRS is nobody to fuck with. THATS FOR SURE.
