Stack Assistance Please

Hello people... I have worked out in some fasion since high school, so no stranger to the weight room. For the last 6 years or so I have been mostly doing Kettlebell/Crossfit type stuff since i was in the Military. Now I'm out and want to get back into the weight room. Here is what i'm looking to do.

1. Put on weight/mass
2. Increase strength

I am not worried at this point about being cut up or shredded. I want weight/mass.

I am 30 years old, 67", 165lbs don't know the body fat but I would say I have less that average on the body fat. I wouldn't consider myself a true hard gainer, but I have been the same weight for years. My goal is 200 lbs.

Diet has always been in order. Eating lots of good food is not a problem. I will be consuming about 3800 calories a day. Diet is based around eggs, steak, turkey and lean beef. Of course a wide variety of veggies too.

Here is the stack I'm planning on running for an 8 week period to get me started on my goal.

1. AndroMass ( i know it's not proven, but I will give it a shot.)

2. MAP from the same company

3. Ibcaa

4. Creapure

5. PP's test recovery oral stack

6. I still have some NOExplode and Cellmass so I will finish out those bottles but won't purchase more. The more I read on here the more I don't like those products.

7. Gold Standard Whey protien


What else do I need? I'm trying to keep the amount of stuff going into my body down. From what I have read on this site, this should cover the basics right?

*I forgot to mention that my routine will be more like a powerlifting workout. Everything will be based around Deadlifts, Squats, Bench. Something in the heavy weight & 4x5 range?

second i rec you read threw this sit and links: All about Doggcrapp Training AKA DC Training

now for supps :
1) (never mind andromass, at 200$ a bottle atleast give it some time to see reviews and also others will be comming out this the same product at about 1/4th the cost give it a couple months.) in its place i rec Beastdrol or super DMZ, works, proven, around a long time (the compound) and is like 40-50$ a bottle.

2) Map is not bad for Post WO, i use it from time to time, taste is a bit much but the cranberry flave covers it up a bit better the the other flaves.

3) Ibcaas are nice for sure.

4) Creapure i use also and is good stuff and priced honestly.

5) I would rec HCGenerate after pct (do a pct of low dose clomid or nolva for a few weeks after u use beastdrol or even andromass though i wouyldent spill out 200 beans for it myself.

6) for a nice preWO kick i rec: forgerd pre-Workout or even just some (ALCAR 1g, taurine 2g, 1,3-dimethylamylamine 20-40mg and 100-200mg caff)

7) I like need2whey myself. take a look maybe it will save you some money: Whey To Build Muscle


try adding in olive oil and peanutbutter (not at same time lol) to everythign you can.

i think 4000 cals will be a better aim for you.

Thanks. I appreciate the input. I looked into the Beastdrol, but the fact that it's hard on the liver and the losing of hair issue has me worried. I realize that I can take a liver supp, but the hair thing....Damn. I have thin hair already, and I wnt to keep what I have. Is the hair loss issue just a temporary thing?

Also, whats the big difference between Beastdrol and Dieselbolan V2.0? Which is better for pure mass and weight gains? It seems as if there are a alot of good things said about Diesel.

BTW the hair thing if you got MPB then its gonna go anyway and most hormonal product are gonna "speed" it up. but its already happening ether way.

not sure how the katana is on hair. it was nice thow i used it once, not liek beast though. i would rec need2slin with katanadrol.

Great choice btw on your supplement list.

1. AndroMass ( i know it's not proven, but I will give it a shot.) Many are goin to give this one a shot and im very optimistic about it.
2. MAP from the same company
I use MAP around workouts, one of the best forms of protein you can be taking. Cranberry is personally my favorite.
3. Ibcaa
You could add this to MAP

4. Creapure
I use this and I also use Primordial's Beta-Alanine. Beta-Alanine will make your creating work better.

5. PP's test recovery oral stack
Depending on how long you plan on running Andromass 4 weeks or 6 weeks, our TRS should have you covered. You could add TCF-1 to jump start test production post cycle

One of the great things about Andromass is its easy on your liver and a great alternative to the harsher methylated prohormones. Our competition (that make the prohormones that will be banned soon ) is extremely intimidated by the looming release of the Androseries and will say anything at this point to try and divert our customers away.

i agree on dumping the bsn stuff, using bulk powders like the pp ones you mentioned, or from anywhere, is much better seeing you actually only use what you need and no worries bout fillers and dyes.....its the taste thing you need to figure out

liked juced said, the map covers up the powders for the most part, i like strawberry, but need to try the cranberry as he is not the first person iv heard that from

as far as the actual ph, andromass vs beastdrol....its gonna be personal choice.....alot of reps will tell you why their's is better.....but really its an unproven but side friendly drug vs a cheaper proven toxic drug....your call in the end imo....both will give good gains imo
 
Thanks all for your input. I am new to this level of supplements. I have used various "light" supps over the years (Axis HT, T-Bol ect...) I think I am leaning towards my original stack of the Andromass mostly becasue it seems to be a bit less harsh for the body. I want to get big, but don't really want to sacrifice health.

I think I will be a good person to test this new stuff. My gains will be directly tied to these products, as my diet has ALWAYS been solid.

As far as the training goes, I will give the DC training a go. Thanks for introducing it to me! I will take the next 3-4 weeks to get my body useto pushing heavy weight again then start the DC program when I get all my supps in hand.

I just want to stress the fact that when using these SOMEHOW legal (available) harsh methylated hormones, please understand that you are not invincible and young and wont be affected. They can cause some serious sides if used the wrong way, for too long, too much or at any capacity as each individual responds uniquely to everything. That said, even the safer, sophisticated AndroMASS SHOULD be very similar to an old school BioTest Mag-10 which gave awesome gains in 2-3 weeks but COULD elevate blood pressure and give some mild androgenic effects....Will it cause jaundice and skew LDL/HDL levels royally like current mythys NNooo..but its still real.
 
Ive tried DC a few times but many times saw myself getting sick from pushing it too hard. Intensity and beating that log book are the keys to success for DC. I also like to incorporate FST-7 techniques to flush the muscle with blood and get an exaggerated pump.
 
So you want to run Beast (superdrol) or SuperDMZ (superdrol/DMZ)... are you really ready for that intense a cycle? I am running just straight DMZ and it is very potent at 30 mgs/day and throwing superdrol on top of that would be pretty serious (and I am using Dermacrine to help keep sides at bay, it is, and to keep hormones going as long as I can get them too). Some others that are not near as harsh would be Epi (Epistrong) or even better, take a look at this:

The cost was the biggest factor in my choice. If I left anything out, let me know.

i would also rec some whey protein and a good multivitamin.

Yes I forgot to list Whey. I have a 5lb tub still and just forgot to list it. I will get a good mutli in there too.

I'm gonna give DC training a go for the 4 weeks I plan on running the beast. We shall see what happens...
