So I decided to start an 8-12 week cycle with test prop which my mate recommended to me. Told me to inject every second day, 100mg/1ml shots. Would I be able to shred about 11-15lbs fat in the next 8-12 weeks? Prop is all I'm taking and nothing else with it. Included my diet and exercise as well if that would help. I'm already on my 4th shot.

Diet

Meal 1: 50grams of oatmeal with milk
50grams of Thermo Burn shake
2-3 egg whites

Meal 2: Apple, Banana or can of tuna.

Meal 3: 100-200grams of wild atlantic salmon
Sauce: 25grams lite cream cheese mixed with whole grain mustard
Baby Spinach 50grams
50gram of Thermo Burn shake

Meal 4: Apple/Banana or can of Sardines in vetable oil/tomato sauce.

Meal 5: 200-300grams of chicken breast or 200grams of chicken thigh fillets
200grams of broccoli
25grams wholegrain mustard.
Meal 6: Apple or Banana
50gram of Thermo Burn Shake.

Exercise 6 days a week.

Monday: Chest + Biceps/Triceps + 15 minute HIIT treadmill
Tuesday: Back + Triceps/Biceps + 20-30 minute treadmill jog
Wednesday: Shoulders + Abs + 15 minute HIIT treadmill
Thursday: Legs + Abs + 15-30 minute walk treadmill
Friday: Biceps + Forearms + 15 minute HIIT treadmill
Saturday: Repeat Cycle. + 20-30 minute treadmill jog.
