Started Helladrol Cycle... LETS DO IT!

Started my Helladrol Cycle today...

1-6 Helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125
1-6 N2Guard
3-6 HcGenerate
3-8 Forma Stanzol
Fish Oil Pills
Creatine

PCT

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Unleashed/ Post Cycle
Power Chews D-Test
C4 Pre Workout
creatine

DAY 1: I'm 6'1 173lbs 12-13% Bf

Started with 75mg, Took 2 pills in the morning at 7am and 1 pill at 5:30pm before workout. Took 4 pills of N2Guard at 1pm and will take the rest before bed.
Didn't notice anything today which i Assumed i wouldn't, But did notice i was sweating more then usual during Workout. Could this be the Helladrol working??? I felt alittle tired because i usually work all day then take my Pre workout before workout to give a boost but i cut the Pre workout as Recommended.
I currently eatting between 3,000-3,500 calories consuming 200-250 grams of protein and plenty of good carbs along with good fats. Ill make sure to update on Day 7
 
Looks like a good cycle bro and remember you won't start to see gains till week 3 or 4 so don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. Eat a lot, train hard, and sleep and you'll see some pretty decent gains.
 
I want to gain muscle n lose fat... Would 3,000-3,500 cals be good? Or would lowering the cals a bit benefit my needs better
 
Day #6 Update

Starting Weight 173lb... Present weight 180lbs (guessing its water weight)

Can't say i feel anything yet and have not experienced any sides... still at 75mg. I did a 4 day split last week that look like this
Mon-Chest/Bis
Tues-Shoulders/Abs
Wed-Legs
Thurs-Back/Tris
Fri-Rest
Sat-REPEAT

I've been eating pretty good soo far, Soo Saturday i hit my Chest and Bi's again since i been on Hella. My lifts DID GO UP, But im giving the credit to my eatting since i was on a Cut just before last Monday and been bulking all week.

I've only been able to Flat Bench 225 for 6 reps the past month and a half, but yesterday i got it for 8 reps. Then 235 for 4 reps
Then on Db Incline press i could only do 70lb's for 6 and did it for 10 reps then 80lb's for 6 reps twice. FIRST TIME ON THAT
Also my Dips were strong, I did 10 reps twice with a 45lb plate attached to me. FIRST TIME ON THAT

Today is Shoulder day, So lets see how that goes. I do want to add i did take a Pre workout yesterday, but i been monitoring my BP levels n before workout it was 116/60 After 121/66. I added Hawthorn supplements to my cycle along with the N2guard, Just incase haha.

UPDATE TODAY:

Felt like i had to post again today, So i just finished my Shoulder workout and for just almost a week of Helladrol i must say it must be working.

Seated Barbell Overhead Press Went UP
BEFORE: Best Now:
Set 1: 135/10 135/10
Set 2: 155/7 155/10
Set 3: 160/6 175/3
Set 4: 135/8 165/5
135/10

My lifts didn't go up like this even on a long bulk. Even my Db Overhead press went up a couple reps. Also i'm noticing my veins in my shoulders a bit more which i'm loving! Can't wait to see what the rest of the cycle brings

Like I said before the real true hdrol gains will start coming in weeks 3 and 4. If you're feeling anything right now its the placebo effect.
 
Day #8 update

Today I hit back and tris... Happy to say ALL my lifts went up. Felt pretty strong, if its the placebo effect then im benefiting from it nicely. Been eatting good but dropped a few calories incase of fat gain. I want to lose weight n gain muscle. Maybe the fact that I changed my routine might have somethin to do with strength increase. I bench again on Thursday, so if I manage to get 225 for 10 instead of 8 the previous workout. I'll be very happy. Anyways, still at 75mg n no Sides
 
Day #10 Update

So im excited to say my bench went up! I put up 235lbs for 8 then 245lbs for 4, next set was 225lbs for 7...
incline db press went up, added even more weight for dips, and bicep exercises went up. Diets been pretty good except for dinners which r basically average fatty meals like tacos, enchiladas, etc. Gaining weight slowly and abs seem to show just a bit better. i'll start keeping track of BF % starting tomorrow. O and blood pressures been a little high, like 135/66... around there. but goes down to mid 120's. I thought N2Guard was suppose to keep it down... Anyways, thats it for now
 
Well N2Guard doesn't really start doing it's thing until week 2 so that could be why the BP is up a bit...I would expect it to be within normal range in a week or so

Glad to see they cycle has been treating you well - just wait until you hit week 3!
 
Yea i hope so... I haven't had any issues other then that. I was also thinking about upping the dosage to 100mg on the start of week 3, but since N2guard hasnt kicked in i'm thinking that wouldn't be a great idea yet, or would it be fine?

I probably should of Pre loaded, but it is what it is. Next time i'll be sure to do so.
 
you could do that, but upping the dosage won't speed up the process, may cause some more sides. but the the helladrol takes about 3 weeks to feel it, so you're probably coming up on it quickly. so just keep up the work. by week 3 n2guard will be in full effect so the bp issue should be under control anyway if you do decide to up the dosage.

If upping the dose really doesn't do much then y do it? I'm just curious, is it to keep ur body guessing
 
i didn't say it wouldn't do anything, i said it wouldn't speed up the process. by your statement saying that you weren't noticing anything, and then u said u wanted to up the dosage, i figured you were trying to speed up the process, which upping the dosage does not do.
 
Day #14 Update (Starting Weight: 173, Current weight: 184)


Did my Back/Tris yesterday and All my lifts went up. I always ADD 10 lbs more then what i hit before but some exercises i find myself adding even more then that. My strength is increasing nicely.


I took the day off today since i'm on my 4 day split. I did feel good enough to work my chest and Bi's even after my Back and Tri day yesterday, but i figured i'd rest up and hit the gym EXTRA hard tomorrow. No sides yet, my right elbow is a lil sore from lifting heavy but thats it. I start week 3 tomorrow and will probably up the dosage to 100 on Friday before i start my next 4 day routine. All my lifts have been going up soo far and feeling pretty strong in the gym just with 75, but from what people are saying it hasn't kicked in yet. So i'm anxious.
I put up 245lbs for 4 reps on my 4th set of FLAT BENCH last Chest day so i plan on hitting it for 8 reps on the 2nd set and 255lbs for 4 reps by the 4th set. Plan on putting 10 lbs more on bench each session. Will see what happens. Ill update after tomorrows chest workout as i find it to be my favorite day.
 
Update Day #16

Still at 75... I worked chest/Biceps yesterday and Shoulders/abs today. My chest workout went GREAT!
Flat Bench
Set 1: 135x10

Pretty confident i could of put up 300lbs in an earlier set! I've gained a good amount of strength just in these short weeks. I practically have 4 weeks left! Db incline went up just a bit, but kind of burnt from first exercise. Added a bit more weights on dips also. Hammer curls, Ez curls, and Concentration curls were pretty strong, but forearm was hurting a bit. All the heavy weights are putting a strain on it. Felt pretty good before the workout, Energentic i mean. No sides yet, other then BP a lil high. Haven't started HCGenerate either. Probably on Week 4 i will into post cycle therapy (pct). I am using Forma now. Just 3 pumps Am and 3 pumps Pm.

Shoulders went good today too, When i started i could only get Overhead Press 175x2, today i got it for 6 reps. then 185x2. All other exercises are strong n going up slowly. They look real good when i'm pumped, Real lean veins bulging. My weight is now at 184.6 so i'm eatting well, Abs are still just a bit visble, but nothing amazing. Just lets me know my fat gains are minimal.

I was thinking i'd bulk up til the end of week 3 then for the next 3 weeks i'd cut to lose just a bit of fat while still gaining a bit of muscle. Would anyone think this is a good idea???
