Well, soo far my strength is the same. Can't say i increased on any lifts and i lost 2 lbs! I lost it round my 3rd day and weight has stayed the same since then so im 188 now. I feel like i'm eatting alot and definitely over maintenance, but its hard to put on extra weight. Wondering if i should push myself to eat at least 500 cals more and see if there's any difference in strength or weight. anyways, i been at 70 with clomid and will continue with 70 starting tomorrow for my 2nd week.
Every time I cycled Helladrol, I got intense back pumps. My last cycle, super intense back pumps, hard to do deadlifts.
Was not supplementing with taurine though, which is rumored to help.
Wish there was still a place to get raw powder.
post cycle therapy (pct) Update... Started 4th week of post cycle therapy (pct) today.
So far i've lost 4lbs... Started at 190 at the end of Hella and now im down to 186. Not bad but i have lost a bit of strength. Not too bad, but still bothers me. Even though i lost weight i feel like i've gained fat because i don't think i'm as lean... I could be wrong idk.
Anyways im currently taking Clomid at 35 and will finish off this last week at that dose.
I do want to get leaner before my next bulk and hoping to drop 10 lbs. Can i start next week or will i lose my gains even after im done with post cycle therapy (pct)????
