Almost the end of Week 8...weight is stuck at 240lbs....feeling a little lethargic and tired...Losing my appetite...workouts are lagging....Struggling with a quad shot for almost a week now as it is preventing any decent workouts...vascularity is obvious now...but still not bloated...strength is the same as Week 6...Calorie and Protein intake is way down....Guess I'm just not feeling good for now...Hopefully it will get better next week
