starting a clen cycle..

i was thinking about starting a clen cycle within the next week or so, i was just wondering if anyone had any feed back, ive heard some people start at 20mcg and move up to 120-140mcg and stay there until the end of the 2nd week, then ive heard people taper down once they get to 120 or so, is there any need to taper down? and if anyone has done a cycle of clen and can let me know how they felt it would be great!
stats are 5'9 194, not sure bf% but looking to lose another 5-10lbs
 
yess i would start at 20mcgs and pyramid up to 100mcgs for a first cycle, taper down at the end of week 2 at 40mcgs ed, if no bad sides are present pyramid up to 120mcgs for a future cycle, take at least 2 weeks off, you may feel a craving for carbs and get jittery hands.. personally clen makes me sort of tired.

i have used clen once.. nothing really negative to say about it,
only sides i experiences was carb craving, minimal shaking..
also tends to make me tired.. if im sitting around. + i didn't really have reason to use it bf% wise, only was on for a week at the end of a cycle.

try it out see if it works for you.

started clen first cycle/epilepsy and clen??

hi i just started a 2 week cycle on clen today started on 20mcg for 2 days, 40mcg for 2 days, 60mcg for 2 days, 80mcg for a week, then tapering down same as i did up.

i have slight epilepsy i was just wondering if anyone knows if it will mess with it or has bad side effects...and info would be great thanks
 
I really do not understand the tapering down. Starting off on a low dose and building up according to sensitivity makes sense but why lower it again? I have been told it is to lessen the effect on receptor down regulation... but if you are taking a lowered yet effective dose wouldn't the physiological response continue for as long as receptors are being affected?

I have used Clen previously and it worked for me.
I ran
40 mcgs Day 1/2
60 mcgs Day 3/4
80 mcgs Day 5/6
100 mcgs Day 7/8
120 mcgs Day 9/10
Then followed with a 14 day break. I know it is not conventional but I was in no rush for results and prefer to stay on the side of caution.
The sides got a little too much though, shakes were ok and perspiration increased slightly but cramping was SEVERE. After a leg session on day 4 of clen cycle I cramped so badly I almost crashed my car. Ended up stuck laying on the ground downing water with tablespoons of salt and honey hoping it was merely a hydration issue. Similar cramping episodes occurred throughout the 3 ON periods. Also several times insomnia kept me awake the entire night even though I took it by 8am everyday.

I went for a run and cramped up and I couldn't walk home.

Then I tried albuterol and tyrine but for got the details with that. Slbutersl is just as strong with shorter half life?

I have research bottles from like 4 years ago, still good?????
 
I don't see the point in tapering down. T3 you should tape do so hopefully your thyroid normalizes. But tapering off clen seepiintless to me. If you figure out a way to switch to abuten end the cramps then that's a better question.
