Starting Arimidex from start VS. Waiting...

Do you guys start your Arimidex when u start the cycle /OR do u wait for the first sign of your nipples starting to get sensitive.(which is in my case)..?

The reason for me waiting would be because I tend to get sides from the Adex (raised blood pressure, irritability, and hinders gains a bit).

What do u recommend? Thanks guys for responding, give it to me straight...

The sides you get from Adex make no sense. Those are signs of high estradiol. What cycles have you run in the past and what did your E2 look like when you ran on-cycle blood work?

Sorry I didnt mean to put gyno as a side effect, i edited it. Obviously that was a mistake, its the opposite.

Previous cycles I ran .25 adex eod. Which as I understated is a fairly conservative dose (it worked great for the gyno btw. besides the sides). All my past cycles have been /TEST C 500-750mg...
I dont do bloodwork, I just judge my e2 by my nipples.

You've literally got to be trolling man? You've been on this forum for good while now... you should know it's standard practice to use your AI from the get-go.

You just judge your E2 by your nipples? Give me a break, I've seen you post in threads that have clear statements about needing blood work. Not that you've posted anything useful in this regard, but others I know for sure have in the same threads you've been in.

The thing that really annoyed me though.. was your "hinders gains" comment. If you consider water "gains".. why don't you just take creatine year round and go on a high carb diet. You'll be nice and sloshy!
