week 1-6 50mg dbol per day
week 1-14 400mg deca per week
week 1-16 750mg sus per week
week 1-18 12.5mg aromison eod
week 19-22 nova 40/40/20/20
week 19-22 clomid 50/50/50/50(a little short on the clomid might not have enough for the last 2-3 days)
Injecting sus and deca Monday and Thursday.
I think my cycles good now just a few questions about some stuff.
Whats the best time to take the dbol i was thinking 20mg in the morning when i wake up around 6:30am. Another 20mg during my lunch break around 12:30pm which is about 3 hours before i go gym. 10mg at 6:30pm. What do you guys think ?
I know your meant to up calories on cycle was wondering how you figure out the number. Last cycle i did about 4.5k and in the last few weeks i didn't see many gains i probably should have increased it a bit.
Also do you up calories day one or do you gradually increase it.
Im also planning on cutting after my pct. I understand your meant to keep calories the same during pct but what about after can i drop to a cut straight away or should i go down slowly. If so how long ?
I was looking at liver guards the one i found has these ingredients N Acetyl Cysteine 800mg, Milk Thistle 500mg, Acetyl Carnitine 480mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 200mg and Vitamin E 20mg per 2000mg dose. Does that look alright? Do i stop that after the first 6 weeks or continue the full cycle.
I was also gonna try some D Aspartic Acid would that work on cycle or is that only gonna work when my bodies producing the test?
