starting cycle thoughts for my 3rd one

right now im thinking to do 300mg cyp E3D and 150mg deca E3D so
700mg cyp and 350mg deca for probly 10 weeks, 11 for the test... but i want to throw in some T3... should i do the whole taper 20-100-10 or should i run a low dose throughout to boost protein synthesis and maybe help cut a little fat... im planning on eating clean and doing cardio...

i started my 2nd cycle at 170 only got to a little over 180 (im 5'7''), the cycle was fucked from the beggining, the first 8 weeks i gained pretty much nothing and switched gear up after that... so technically i was only really on for the last 8 weeks doing 525mg cyp a week and for the first 3-4 weeks of that i did 75mg tren EOD felt it but not too much... the last 2 1/2 weeks ive been trying to drop some fat so ive been doing cardio 4-5 times a week and dropped carbs and I am already down to about 175, droped like 1.5% BF... im at a little under 14% right now... i felt like i made no progress in weight or fat reduction through this whole cycle, but i gained a solid inch on my arms and strength, especially on back... weird...
 
i think you should have gained alot more weight on that cycle. maybe your diet or training is a little off. good luck
