I have never use GH before, I have done a few cycle previous with test, deca, eq, tren.
I will be doing 2x inj weekly sun and wed.
My work out regmnt:
Morning I run about 4-5 miles 30min at a 6:30-7:00 min mile 6x a week
After Noon
Weight training 6x a week back to back days with on day off at the end. One muscle group a day with a secondary light lift. Mix with a push pull flip every other day, jack-en free weights heavy, then to cable or leverage machine to burn out at end of workout.
