Starting my Very first beginners cycle :frogjump:

Here is what I will be taking for my first cycle, Also I do have some arimidex OH just in case I start to see anything go wrong with the nerps. Any feed back on whether this is a good first cycle and what would be a good future cycle. Also any good advice on when would be a good time to inject said serum. I was going to mornings right when I wake up, monday and friday, andwhat would be a good time to take the arimidex if I do so choose to take it.:frogjump:

6'1
165-168lbs
4-5% body fat

Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate/Testosterone-Cypionate:500mg per week
Week 13-15 take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
 
First off how old are you? You should try to gain more naturally first. 168 is awfully thin for someone who is 6'1". If and when you decide to run this cycle it looks good jsut a few minor tweaks. You should run the adex from the start at .25 eod. It's better to keep the sides at bay then wait till a problem happens and try to fix it. Also for your pct pick up some clomid and run it 50/50/25/25. The first 3 days you can run it at 100mg if you want.

There is no Gaining, you are talking to a full blown ectomorph with the metabolism of a 16 year old. took a full 10lb bag of serious mass, gained about 12lbs and burned it all off in just over a week.

You're too young to start gear homie. I would def hit up 3J cause if you aren't gaining more than likely it's your diet and he can hook you up with the perfect diet.

I was honestly expecting you to be a lot smaller. You look bigger at 165 than I did, and I'm only 5'7. I am actually impressed. In all honesty though, you can gain more naturally. You just gotta eat. Great job though, you look good.

Meal 2 ***8211; 200g Chicken Breast (boiled) Broccoli and Brown Rice
Meal 3 ***8211; 2-3 cans of Tuna chunks and Wholewheat Pasta
Meal 4 ***8211; Whatever mom decides to cook for dinner ( yes Living with parents while I go to school, saves me lots of money)
Meal 5 ***8211; Whatever will fill me up for the night with a scoop of cassien.

That is pretty vague my dude. You don't have any amount for your carb sources, and where are your fats ?
 
I agree with the rest...your diet is off and quit letting your mom cook you whatever fills you up lol
If you seriously wanna see progress and sustain it, need to cook all your own food my friend.
Too young for AAS brother.
Keep up the training though...looking good
 
you look good, maybe about 10% bf 8% maybe. If you live with your parents tell them to get you some more weight gainer and more meat patatoes and brwn rice. Keep tubs of mashed tators and rice. Precook lbs of chicken and beef. eat more keep training and let your parents pay for it if that possible. your lucky. come back in 2-4 years your missing things in your cycle.
