One other thing that I just noticed on my lab work was my BUN/Creatinine level was low. 8 with a range of 9-20. Dunno what that means. I do take 5mg of Creatine a day????
Starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) next week, I'm a little scared and have questions.

Got my first Doctor issued blood work coming up Monday since starting my testosterone injections. Very excited to see what my doctor's next step for me will be. My own blood work a couple weeks ago showed above normal estrogen and still fairly low testosterone. Assuming he will up the test and add in Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should I push for? Are there different ones?

Most guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) take arimidex or aromasin.
My primary care doc who put me on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) told me he wasn't knowledgeable about AI's when I showed him the my estradiol was elevated. He sent me to an Endo. The Endo put me on arimidex. Hopefully this won't happen to you, but I thought I would mention it so you don't get all bummed out if you don't walk out with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) script on Monday.

You seem to have a good handle on this but here are some big picture, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 101 things.
FYI, arimidex or adex is brand name. Anastrozole is the generic name of the drug.
Aromasin is also a brand name. Exemestane is the generic.
hCG is obviously an abbreviation. Its an abbreviation of the drug and often goes by Merck's brand name of Pregnyl (since hCG is found in pregnant women. It's what most pee pregnancy tests check for to give a positive result).
-Helps to restore testicular size (prevent/less testicular hypertrophy)
-Helps to keep the pathways of the HPTA open
-Possibly lends itself to increased libido and/or a feeling of increased "well being"
-Half life is approx 48hours
Test C, P, E are all drugs that have different esters which effect the half life (how long the drug will have half of its dosage potency for) of the T. Basically different delivery systems. Similar to how troches/pellets/gels/creams/patches are all just different delivery systems.
-Most on here are going on the 3.5day injection schedule of T. The day prior to T injection, is a hCG injection. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) doses and timing seem to differ more than the other two elements, based on individual responses or desires.
-5 day and 7 day injection schedules are also common
-Anything more than 7 days generally spells trouble unless you're already at a supraphysiological level of T
-Test C half life is approx 7days (some say up to 10+)
-Test C peaks between 24-48 hours after injection
Anastrozole is a pretty aggressive AI.
-Half life is approx 48hours

Got a new question... Had my blood drawn this morning at the docs office but have to wait a couple weeks to see him. Should I go back to pinning every 3 1/2 days at 50mg like I initially was doing until I see him and get my new protocol? I felt WAY better doing that than how I feel doing 100mg once a week. Gotta be the estrogen screwing me up. Thanks.

Why, again, didn't you just talk to the doctor and ask him to go to the 3.5days - so he knew what you wanted? You may have already explained this elsewhere and I've forgotten.
I think you already answered your own question of whether or not you should do it - but you should let your doctor in the loop, if you haven't.
My .02 cents which are worth less than that, on this forum.

When I initially started seeing this new guy, I was only two weeks into my treatment. I told him I was pinning every 3 1/2 but he wanted me on every 7 until he tested me. I value your opinion.

P.S. I didn't see the doc today, just had the blood taken. He had today off or I would've asked him.

If you feel better on every 3.5 days, stick with that. That can be your little secret. He doesn't need to know that you are pinning more often as long as you can get enough needles.

So as you know, I had blood drawn back on 7/15 through my new doctor. This is the first doctor prescribed blood work I have had since he switched me from 50mg test cyp twice a week to 100mg once a week. Shortly after the once a week pins I started feeling crappy. I have an appointment this friday to discuss my blood test results but I got the nurse to give me a couple numbers but I have no ranges except estrogen. They use quest diagnostics.
