Starting this diet today, give me pointers

I just put it together from a bunch of random posts, basically I want the best possible results in 8 weeks and I will work harder than anybody has ever worked to get them.

Meal 1 - 8:30AM - 8 egg whites / 2 packets oatmeal
Meal 2 - 10:00AM - 50g grilled chicken with salsa, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup green beans
Meal 3 - 11:45AM - 50g Whey Iso
Meal 4 - 2:00PM - 50g tuna w/ salsa, couple eggs
Meal 5 - 5:00PM - PWO 50g Whey Iso
Meal 6 - 8:30PM - salad (lettuce, tomato, 50g lean ground beef, salsa)

Please let me know if this is alright
 
how could mean shit to anyone? what are you trying to accomplish? how much do you weigh? how tall are you? are you on a cycle? jesus

Weight: 185-190
Height: 5'10"
Not on cycle, may do a bit of clen, maybe a bit of ephedrine. I am undecided.

My BF is pretty high probably about 13% want to cut it down as much as I can in 8 weeks.

no, but when people make pointless posts i point it out so it stops. and im not the one whinning about not being able to determine my maintenence calories and decide on my own how to lose or gain weight.
 
it was a good idea looking around gettin some good combinations. seems good, but some people see better results using 2 grams protein per lb of body weight.
