Starting TRT - Need some advice

I am looking for some advice from the experts here. i am new to TRT and about to start it very soon.

29 years old, 6’1, 220lb, about 18% bf, I’ve had a visit to a TRT clinic in US due to some symptoms like ED issues, lack of energy, increased body fat etc.

I was told the testosterone is very low (about 200) and i should start TRT replacement. I moved to Europe since then.

3 Blood work was done during past 3 months:

Test in US*******NO LINKS ALLOWED****

I was prescribed 200mg Testosterone injection, twice a week + HCG twice a week + Estrogen Blocker pill 1 a week in US.

I didn't started anything yet. since i moved to Europe i visited a urologist specialist recently and showed him all of the tests and the US prescription, and he suggested the following:

Testosterone injection fluid 250 mg/ml (undecanoate) fl 4ml. No: 30 Milliliter Once every 10 week at 8:00, intramuscular

No HCG and no Estrogen Blocker.

Any thoughts here?

I don't remember how much the HCG was per week. I think it was hcg 500 iu twice a week.

Not sure about the AI, they just said it is a estrogen blocker. i can talk to my new doctor about any AI that you guys would recommend here.

Just looking for a solid plan that i can discuss with my new doctor. right now he just prescribed me the above testosterone that i mentioned, doesn't seem like it is a good idea to take only testosterone. and still not sure if its the right one for me to use, it is 1 inject per each 10 weeks, i haven't bought it yet.

Welcome to the world of Nebido. That protocol will give you less than half the testosterone levels of your other 200 mg/wk approach.

Might work out just perfect for you, or might not be enough. Might give you variations in blood levels with once per 10 weeks. Probably won't need AI since the dosage is lower. Would still be a good idea to take HCG to keep your nuts from atrophying, and to keep your adrenals in tune.

Nebido is great if you are an old man, it provide the hormone landscape of older men which is less than ideal for a younger man. No HCG or AI blocker, a huge step backwards in the land of TRT, you just moved into the stone age for medicine.

The UK is 10-20 years behind the US, they will always lag behind as long as state healthcare runs the show. Our VA is no better, they don't evolve, they get left behind do to underfunding.
