Starting week 5 - Latest Update

Well, just now beginning week 5 and so far have gained 12 lbs. I was expecting to see more weight on me but, starting off I realized I have not been eating enough calories. I have been eating clean though, so the gains I've seen, although small, hopefully are good ones.

I've noticed a very slight change in my body. I feel tighter or harder. I definitely feel a noticeable difference in my arms.

What's interesting, is I do also notice a slight bit of water retention too. Although I'm taking .5mg of arimidex every 3 days, there is still a little bit of swelling in my ankles. Nothing major and quite honestly, I had REALLY skinny ankles to begin with so this make me look a little more normal.

I'm still seeing this sort of "sunburn" type of redness in my face and chest but, I understand that's pretty common.

I have also been feeling this odd sort of wave or something in my chest. Not a pain necessarily but, more of a discomfort or tightening in my chest area. Of course my first thought was heart attack or something serious but, I know that's just over reacting on my part.

Before starting my cycle I did have some blood work done to check my cholesterol levels...funny...JUST got the results NOW, 5 weeks into my cycle. Seems my levels, for the most part, are good but my triglycerides (fat in the blood) are at 234 (standard is 149). I had issues before my cycle and I've been up and down with cholesterol. I'm gonna go out and get some fish oil supplements and start taking those to help. When my cycle is completed, I'll have more blood work done and see where I am.

My lifts at the gym have increased and I do have this amazing sense of confidence while working out.

Another interesting thing I've noticed is sexual stamina. I never issues before but, since taking the 200mg of T-cyp twice a week, I'm an absolute machine in the bedroom. That's a small dose too. I can't imagine what I'd be like on a bigger dose. I'm having an hour, sometimes an hour and a half sessions. Talk about cardio!! I get rock hard and just last forever! It's been GREAT and my wife is heaven.

So that's it. Still taking my 200mg of T-cyp a week, followed by 250ius of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD and .5mg of arimidex E3Ds.

So far so good. Oh, I did decided that once I finish this cycle, I definitely want to do cutting cycle so if anyone has any recommendations, please let me know.

If you want to cut later the i suggest you bulk now. But I have a feeling your diet is poor dude. Amp it up! Don't let this go to waste. Eat Big to get Big. Train with intensity! You're on steroids my man, don't eat or workout like the average joe. Keep us posted!

..SOME water retention, is inevitable my man. Niacin is good for your lipid profiles as well, as is cardio...
