wait until youve been back in the gym for at least 3 months at 100%

yeah be extra careful on this one there is no easy road back from back surgery. always better to be safe than sorry in that area gl.

i agree with DADAWG....give it a good amount of time before you start,this is my 4th month natural after shoulder surgery i had back in january,im going till sept 1st,then im gonna start a cycle.....just take it slow and easy man...
