Steroids Cycle D1 athlete NFL aspirations.

I'm a 20 year old D1 college football player with a good shot at the nfl. This is the last season of the required 3 post high school before I enter the NFL draft and I need a bit more muscle. I don't want to be detectived or anything, so I won't say my school or position; but I am 6'1 182 (6.5%bf) and at my position would optimally be more around 195.

Lifting stats:
Bench: 285
ATG Squat: 445 (No belt)
Deadlift: 500 (No belt)
40 yard:4.48
Vertical:37.5

Cycle Goals:
Post cycle I want about 10-15 lbs of DRY gains. Glycogen/filled with water won't do me much good...I want to be a little faster and more explosive. the cycle I was thinking:

Weeks 1-12 500mg test e
Weeks 1-10 80mg ed anavar
Standard adex, hcg, and pct.

Please critique my cycle if it is horrible for my goals. And I know I will get flamed for my age, but I have a real chance here, and this is my chance to give back to my family. I've been poor my entire life and my parents regardless of having no money have given me more than I could ever ask for. I don't want any sympathy just help. Thank you for any help you guys can offer!
 
I like the cycle for your goals. Maybe less time on the anavar? However, I officially would say don't do it.

i would say being a safety at 6'1 180 scouts will call you under sized.. but if the muscle slows you down you will be too slow..

what will you get out of enhancement? i undetstand linemen and lbs and rbs who take punishment...

steroids wont make you catch better or tackle better. maybe run faster.. but not guaranteed..

i dont see how this would help you other than looking the part

And I want to be faster and more explosive. I train for speed and explosiveness a lot and all my D1 friends formerly at my size say that steroids really helped them with that. But they didn't log anything and they seem generally ignorant about what they took, so I won't just blindly take their advice. Hope that makes sense

We are not tested frequently at all...I know many people who have gone through their entire collegiate careers with no testing done. If I start within about 3 weeks- 1 month I will 100% be fine on the drug testing issue.

you know that isnt what i said. i said that size at the expense of speed isnt worth it. i also said that for the positions that take more punishment the extra size would be necessary.

it will not make him tackle catch or cover better.. and probably wont make him faster..

nice trying to start an argunent though.

I think you're going to have alot of guys here tell you that you could put on the extra 10lbs with adjustments in your diet and that although the chance of getting caught is low you could reach your gial naturally. There is also the fact that you're only 20 but I realize you have a limited window. Maybe post your diet in the nutritional section, I've never used him before but 3j is the man on here when it comes to nutrition.

That is actually what I thought you were saying and I'm not trying to start an argument but rather have a conversation about it. I agree with you in that the the added ten lbs in a short window could slow him down considerably. The benefit to it being that regardless of his position he would be stronger i.e. able to power through tackles.

well in that case sorry for jumping the gun.. he cant play rb at that height and weight he is a stringbean.. if he is a rb he cant risk losing the speed since he is not at an elite speed..

not a corner or receiever at 4.5 speed at that height maybe if he was 6'4..

he cold be a qb or a safety from what ive narrowed down.. both positions are more mental than physical and strength may or may not help him..

if it gets him to an elite 39-40inch vert or 4.35 speed he will benefit.. otherwise i cant find a reason to do it..

if you are an rb or lb or ol/dl you have to do it.. just to survive and in those positions you have to move people and take punishment..

at 6.5% bf i would try to max out my technique and master the mental aspect to never make mistakes.

i am just being honest here saying i dont see how steroids will help
 
I would kickstart with Halotest @50mg for 4 weeks, then a week after last pin run tbol @50mg for 2 weeks then pct. You would gain some mass and have a huge boost to your strength and power

Not to be an ass or anything but the op is most likely already stuffing his face full of food. I know when I played college ball we were forced to eat. Realistically op should try to eat as much as possible while on cycle to meet his goals. He is not a bodybuilder but an athlete. And 10-15 lbs of muscle wont slow too many guys down at all whatsoever. I would say you would have an increased risk for injury as well so take the necessary precautions.

Op If your bodyfat is already that low all of your gains will be lean. I would do dbol for the first four weeks and just test. Save your money and dont buy the anavar.

Have you ever considered how you are going to feel during pct? I know when I'm in pct I feel like shit for a good month and that's with proper pct, can't imagine being on pct playing football. I'm guessing athletes are running cycles there whole seasons. Good luck on whatever you decide.
 
Alright man here is what you are going to do. If you want to get stronger faster and stay dry there a few things you can take. The anavar is worthless for what you want. The money, the results, and replacing it with a compound that will work better aren't worth it.

At your size and speed I would run test prop 400mg for 12 weeks minimum. I would run trenbolone acetate 400 mg/wk for 6 weeks. The last 6 weeks I would run Winstrol 50mg/day for 6 weeks.

So here is what's up. I tell you to run the short esters for the simple reason detection time is much much lower. Also you won't have any water issues if you want to up your macros and eat more. Which by the way you should. Nobody should be walking around at 6.5 if they truly want to get bigger. I'm not hating I'm just telling you that steroids work only with food and lots of it.

I would also tell you to switch up your workouts from all explosion and add in som low rep high weight on your compound stuff. It's only 12 weeks and if you stretch you should be totally fine. The trenbolone is going to zap some of your cardio vascular conditioning meaning you will get winded earlier but if you truly want to do this I promise this will work.

I know your 20 and I don't care. We are talking millions of dollars pensions benefits endorsements and all kinds of stuff. In my opinion the juice is defiantly worth the squeeze.

If you want to inbox me for more help I will tell ya more. I promise this will work with the pct and diet that is above.
 
And to all you posters saying fix your diet and up your mental game shut up! This is the NFL! They draft shitty players who are freaks all the time. The draft is nothing more than who works out the best. Ever heard of the combine?

If you run fast jump high and look good on tape you get drafted high. If you run real fast jump real high and look shitty on tape you still get drafted pretty damn high.

Michael Sam from Missouri was the fucking sec defensive player of the year! THE SEC!!! He is being talked about as a 5th rounder. It's all about the workout. It's all about the combine and the pro day.
