Steroids for bone fracture

Harrydunn42

I am banned!
I have a bone fracture (5th metatarsal, foot) that hasn't healed in over a year. I am wondering if anyone has experimented with steroids for bone-healing and by how much they think it might help.

I'm 25, 6'2", 200 and have never juiced. I was thinking of getting some trenbolone acetate derived from cattle steroids. I am doing a bunch of other things to try to speed up the healing (creatine, protein, bone stimulators, walking boot, fixation) but have read about how anabolics can speed bone healing.

I was going to work out too but just do upper body. I also plan on doing a very low dose. I understand this may be non-standard but just seeing if anyone has done this before and how much steroids accelerate the fracture healing process.

Jeff

You might be better off looking into growth hormone or potentially certain peptides.

I also want to throw in that you can't take Tren by itself. It suppresses your natural testosterone production. Make sure you do your research thoroughly before you do anything.

This forum is turning into a big joke. Gtfo here with this troll shit. One thread after annother..are the admins this desperate to spark hits?

Some substances that you have to take with steroids to control estrogen like arimadex can lower bone density so I would really look into every aspect of every substance before using it. I got 2 bad fractures at once and I just took a year off of lifting and presto they were healed. Lol you cant take a year off of walking. Honestly I hate saying this but consult with a doctor. I feel like it is asking for trouble to experiment with steroids if you are not well educated with them. The dosages you would have to take for it to have a real healing effect would be bodybuilding dosages to. I think more harm can come from experimenting with steroids if you are not educated about them. Than you will have a fucked up foot gyno and low natural testosterone lol. Consult with your doctor about different methods of healing your fracture better. Take calcium In easily absorbable forms and multivitamins. And look into other supplements. If you do decide to do steroids study a lot about them first.

Stay off your foot for 4 weeks..and swim in a pool like you're running in water which forces blood to get down there and speed it up.

Slowly rehab and introduce your foot to the world of walking and staying on it..you need more rest in the first few weeks then standing.

Steriods will not do a dang thing as far as bone healing.

No bro it WONT heal without surgery. I've broken my 5th metatarsal and it had to be screwed in to the bone and I was in a cast after surgery for 3 months. I have a really cool scar tho !

Sweet man. Did you have a plaster cast or was it removable? Is the screw still in there? I think that's def going to have to happen for me because it's been so damn long.

Was yours like a jones/stress fracture, mines like in the middle of the shaft. Anyways man, great to know you're 100%.

The foot is an area of the body that doesn't exactly get large amounts of circulation.

Lack/slow down of circulation = longer healing times.

A year is not enough time to fully heal from a shattered bone in the foot, and even then surgery is the only thing that well help you.

Ya, i've been looking into everything man. Apparently in a study they did with rabbits (I know odd comparison) they gave them 2mg/kg so that would be like 180 mg/ per week. So something like almost 30 mg which is real low-dosage for bodybuilders it seems. Plus they stack other things...

I'll talk to my doc. Think we are going to do surgery but this paper shows it accelerates the process: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3576760/. Think I am going to back off because of the whole sides factor...

The testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc in town is using prescription HGH therapy to speed up his hip replacement surgery.
He's in his 50's and was back.in the gym after 5 weeks (light easy.weight) and was without a cane by week 7.
Mosy people are still in walkers now while he walks around normal.

HGH is king of healing...

Haha very true...it's very pricey...
But very effective none the less
He started 2 weeks before surgery and continued 6 weeks post surgery along with his testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose.

Told him I.might have shoulder surgery coming up and he told me he could get me a script for it...I'm a college student, NOT gonna happen...

I don't even have to see the doctor for my script; just give my pharmacist a call haha.

I'm kinda scared of HGH to tell you the truth; the thought of organ enlargement just scares me.

I probably will never incorporate it in AAS use in the future. It scares me as well...but 6 weeks of HGH therapy at a.monitored dose won't do much in regards to health issues.

Ya, I thought about that too but I figure it would cost too much. I'd have to have my Dad see the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc given he's 56 and a "good patient" while I'm 25. I think it's all out of pocket too. Maybe I could ask him if he's interested, but then do I want him to be? I read HGH could like enlarge any cancers that might be present in the body, feel pretty bad if it put him down.

But I do have some knee issues too (I know man, it all happened at the same time...) and if regular shit doesn't solve it, I might consider iagh.com. Check out this website, apparently it can cure cartilage defects, pretty amazing shit.

Researchers found the helpful side of Cannabis. Cannabis is known as for addiction only but now it can be our Alternative Medicine. Cannabis now has many benefits that will be good for your health. Cannabis oil is produced by extracting the resin of the female cannabis plant using a solvent. After the resin is dissolved in the solvent, It is evaporated leaving a concentrated extract behind. CBD Oil is a type of oil that contains CBD but does not contain THC which can give you a high efficiency. CBD Oil is from that cannabis flower, However, Cannabis now is proven that can help people to relieve pains or lessen seizure attacks. I have read many articles suggesting that cannabis has a very potent effect when it comes with pain and inflammation like this strain on kylekushman.com/topic/how-to-foliar-feed/
