Steroids for mountain hiking

I'm going for a mountain hike in 70 days from now. It will be a 30 day trip and I'll be climbing 1000m at the heaviest day carrying a 15kg pack.

I can't do this anymore so I want to start using a steroid twice a year when I make trips like this.

I keep getting minor muscle injuries mostly in my upper legs and can't complete my training schedule like this anymore. 2 years ago I had no problems with this but I'm starting to get old I guess.

What should I take? My recovery has to speed up and muscles have to get stronger. I read some steroids increase the risk of injuries and I can't have that.

Will this steroid work for 30 days once I quit using it on the trek or will I have to continue taking pills?

I was thinking about Primobolan or Anavar. Hope someone can help me out!

Yes I've been going to the gym for 10 years now but I won't be the comming 2 months since I have to be as light as possible when I go. Also weightlifting is of no use for this purpose even though I love to do this normally.

I have to walk, walk, walk with my bag and climb stairs / run but even this causes me injuries all the time nowadays.

I don't need to gain weight. What would be an effective steroid cycle? I read most cycles are about 6 weeks....

OK, so you want to increase your strength and endurance, but not increase weight as this will be counter productive. Depending on your age; Personally Id just take 1ml of Sustanon (sust) and boldenone EW, this will aid recovery time, your body fat % should decrease(with a good clean diet), increase your recovery time, become stronger and increase your endurance...with that stack it will take a few weeks to feel the benefit...

lol...just read the 30day bit- forget what I said above!! Id still consider doing the above a good 6wks before you go....

i feel very strongly that steroids are the wrong answer for you. Firstly, while a cycle as pattaya will in fact increase collagen production, I believe it will be counterproductive. I find the pumps I get on AS to be debilitating for endurance sports(such as hiking). You really should just exercise, eat properly, and take good nutritional supplements.

I know it's a strange question. That's why I have such a hard time figuring it out! But I need something because I can't do it anymore.

Every top athlete uses steroids, what do they use? What do swimmers use? Long distance runners? What do cyclers use? I should take what they use.

Well my time being with the marines doing 5+mile hikes with a full pack + rifle (80-110lbs) doesnt mean we are all secretly getting steroids. Its just training. You need to build yourself up to that point so you can do it without failure or hurting yourself. Start out with taking that pack on so many miles than increasing and increasing, and increasing the weight as well.

I guess I would also suggest working out your legs more and more cardio. Other than that I dont know much else to tell you, except I never took steroids.

Yeah and I took that pack over several mountains myself without steroids so I know that no worries but everyone gets old sometime.

Yep.. Actually i tihnk the best thing that comes to mind with you is possibly HGH. Have you looked into that? Supossedly HGH is really good with helping heal/anti-aging and building strength and etc etc. Just quite a bit more expensive as you get into it.

I think Epo in combination with a small dosis of Aas like Anavar but since my endurance is just fine I don't need the Epo and are better off with a little bit of Anavar for example.

Those cyclers "all" use a combination like this. Also Triathletes so I've read.
