Sticky suggestion? Mrs. P, Blondie?

So the men have a "I'm ready for gear checklist" sticky. I think we need one for the women's section that's just for women. I feel this should include clen as so many posts from women address clen as well.

I think there are several ladies on here that have done cycles of different compounds that can give accurate accountings and suggestions for when a female is "ready".

Thoughts?

Great idea mt, I was actually thinking about having this done.. I think we can all share our thoughts & ideas & experiences & come up with a great sticky about "Am I ready for gear" & yes, clen should be part of it.

I think that's a hard one for us females because we have so many more components to deal with than the men. I don't know that there is a "when you are ready" I know that I have been in the gym since my early 20's and have always played sports. Aas never even crossed my mind until I was 43 and almost at the same time I swore I would never touch it. I'm not saying it's not a good idea, just don't know who you would pin point when a good time for a female to do/start aas. Hope that makes sense:)

I know what yoru saying Jen, but we can come up with the basics , we get lots of ladies in here that want to use gear & they have no clue how to diet/train properly..
If you don't have your diet/training dialed in IMO, you are not ready for gear.

This should be aimed towards letting the ladies know they need a good foundation & help them understand the misconceptions out there that some have when it comes to gear.

I think a main misconception is that aas is somehow a weight loss aid. That seems to be a pretty standard thought that many women have. Maybe not only a "ready for", but "myth busting" for women as well.
Again, I think we all have advice to offer that would be helpful in sticky format.

Great idea Mm! I have read hours of threads on many forums and this is one theory I see repeated countless times, the "AAS for weight loss". What works for one woman may not work for the next. I for one have never fit into the law of averages for anything.

Great idea - I think we could at least do a clen sticky and there is a Anavar (var) sticky - maybe we could add a few more like T3, or combine Clen and T3 into a sticky since they are oftened used together, could even throw ECA in there too. As for more AAS - we could briefly go through a few of the different AAS that women often use, side effects, benefits, etc..... As for it not being for weight loss, I think we could also point at the difference between weight loss and fat loss as many women (actually many ppl) use these terms interchangably

I think the biggest thing is so many women jumping into it especially without the diet/training aspect. I can say with a fair amount of certainty that when you chose to cycle, you knew how to eat, how to train and how to really listen to your body. At least that way when you started a cycle, you could pinpoint what was working and what wasn't without huge amounts of guesswork.

With clen I feel that so many times, women say "I'm going to get my diet in check". Or "I'm planning on starting a diet when I start a cycle."

The diet and macros need to be figured out pre-cycle and then made a habit prior to starting aas or clen/t3. Sometimes I think that's lost somewhere. The media tagged clen as a size zero pill and that's done nothing to help give the reality of what it does.

I respect your training and advice (hope you know that by now). I also know you've done cycles and do them as safely as possible, even if you've pushed the normal limits for a female. You still really know your body amd so many that start out just don't.

Yea, Jen-oh queen on one liners. I'm usually the verbose one.

On the hormone thing, I was dx'd with endometriosis as age 12 and put on hormones to help with that. I've been on hormones even when pregnant to keep me from miscarrying. Switched to depo the begining of the year and I'm all out of whack. Going to a copper IUD and will be getting of hormones for the first time in 20 years. Beginning to wonder if I should post cycle therapy (pct) as the depo wears off...lol! We seriously considered my husband getting the big V, but we're young enough that we don't want to remove the option of more kids from the table. 99.9% sure that we're done, but neither of us are ready for the permenance of that decision.

In all seriousness, I am looking forward to letting my body do it's thing naturally for a change. I do wonder sometimes about the long term affects that all this estrogen and progesterin has had on my body. :(

Dr's haven't really said much about getting off. Was on the mini-pill while nursing, then switched pills when she was 1. That worked fine for about 2 years and then my periods just kept getting worse. Depo was suggested to try to stop my periods altogether. Instead I've been spotting on and off, heavy and light for the past 2 months. I've had 2 injections total. Next one due end of May. I'll overlap with the copper IUD and just let the depo wear off on it's own. After this last injection, I've felt like crying for no reason, I'm breaking out like I was 14 (I have nice skin, so this kills me), pretty unusual mood swings, severe headaches, exhaustion, etc. I swear, every side effect possible. I'm just over the whole hormonal birth control deal. I want to feel as though I have more control over my body and mind, ya know?

Wow Mt, being on hormones that long sucks... I think the copper IUD is a good option. We've thought about the V or getting my tubes tied, we're also 99.9 % we're done, but I don't know if I'm ready to accept the fact that there will be no more babies. :( Eventhough I have my hands full with 3.

Hope your hormones stabilize soon :)

My husband did the V a couple of months ago, and I can honestly say it was the best choice. We know we don't want anymore kids and we talked through the option of him making a few "deposits" in case we changed our minds, but we won't. I know I won't, with one driving factor being that my pregnancies are so hard on me because I develop a condition that makes me sick about 8 - 12 times a day. I'm bigger now than when pregnant (other than the ole tum!!) It does feel so final, but my family feels complete - you just know when it feels right ;)

damn, that shit sounds worse than PMS! I didn't have a period for 6 months while doing primo ;) loved every minute of it! I swear I would do it again just for that!

I hear you though being female is a bitch! Hope things get better soon:)

I hear that - nursing means I have no periods and have been free of them for almost a year and a half now..
