Still have testicular atrophy with 250iu of HCG 2x per week

My current protocol is 70mg of Test Cyp 2x per week, 250iu hcg the day before each test injection. I'm still having testicular atrophy. My testicles don't feel full and firm. Should I bump hcg up to 500iu 2x per week? Should I add something like torem?

On a separate note. I started with a new TRT doc. He did a full blood panel, and my DHEA was low, I had been holding off on adding DHEA until I spoke with him. I had added DHEA once before and it through my e2 off, raising it. So, I've added it back, and once again I'm having e2 issues (nipple soreness, etc.). I tested my e2 levels at trough and it was 46. My question is, is the benefit of DHEA worth the pain in the ass that it's creating with trying to control e2? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Same here brother. That dose does F all for me as well.
even 350 I.u E3D had them shrink some.
HCG backfills DHEA better than the micronized caps you find at the supplement shops....
Try running higher doses of HCG and see what it does for you.
how low was DHEA?
What aboyt your progesterone?

DHEA Sulfate was 256.3, with his optimal range listed as 500-640 ug/dl

As far as progesterone I don't think he tested for that unless it's not listed clearly as Progesterone. What would label would I be looking for, for a progesterone test?

DHT was 69 with an ideal range of 30-50 ng/dl. Anything I can do to moderate that?

Be careful man - gyno is nothing to mess with. I saw you mention it in your other thread, and its no joke. I still have stitches in my nipples from the surgery :)

Full and firm is subjective - fertility/sperm quality is not. My balls weren't "full and firm" virtually ever in my life but pre-TRT but I had exceptional sperm quality. Ever get that tested? Not worth going nuts (pun intended) on HCG just to have some firm balls.

Not to go against others advice, but 50iu HCG a few times a week perked my boys up. Everyone is different. Big balls aren't worth gyno... trust me. Not saying 50iu will work for you, as it probably won't, but just wanted to put it all into perspective.

Personally - I would consider other methods of administration before just upping the dose over and over. Ex - 100IU-150IU EOD. At the doses around here that guys swear by, I was was an absolute mess.

I definitely don't want gyno, but I don't believe the hcg is what raised my E2. I've been running the hcg since the start of TRT and never had a problem. However, it started about a week after starting dhea. Not necessarily gyno, but e2 up and nipple tenderness.

As far as my testicles. It's not just the size. I get cramping, it's uncomfortable. It's comfortable when they are normal size, I don't feel any cramping. No, I've never had my sperm count checked.

Cramping? I don't think there are any muscles in the scrotum. Maybe your prostate is cramping - I get that sometimes and I think it gets worse with elevated E2.

Not muscle cramping. Testicular cramping. You know the type you feel from your balls into your lower stomach? That can happen with atrophy.

An ache, like blue balls feeling? I've had that but I wouldn't describe it as a cramp.
