4 months ago I did an injection of 400 mg of EQ. It wound up giving me a bit of gyno and basically shut me down.I took raloxifene to get rid of the gyno. Ever since then I've been having trouble with libido and my testicles have not returned to normal size. I feel tired all the time and sometimes i get crazy anxiety. My question is how long will this last? Should I see a doctor or let this run its course? Im having a really tough time here and Im not sure what I should do to get myself back to my old self.

You did only 1 injection? One time only? Hmm...curious about this as well. I usually suggest when people are feeling these symptoms after a cycle and pct to redo the pct. MY be worth a try to do a bit of hcg for testicular atrophy and a basic pct. But honestly this is a peculiar case. Have you tried googling for similar experiences? Wish I could help more. But ive never heard of this. A little gyno yeah but shutdown...no. Hmmm... At the very least heres a bump.

First You are too young to be doing steroids. As you wait for your blood work start reading and getting to know what you are doing before you try to do any more steroids.
There is a whole world of science to this if you want to get out of steroids what they are intended to do for BB.
Keep reading material on Estrogen, prolactin and the use of an AI and much more. Ask your Q's on here for what you don't understand as far as your reading or anything you hear

using any steroid before age of around 25 can mess up your development for good and land you more likely on HRT for life, or atleast sooner.
avoid all drugs right now, even PCT drugs that may cause issues considering your system is not developed.
get blood work to check your endocrine functions IMO
PS, it could be in your head from worry. but please... get blood work..

You don't know your BF% and with you being 5'9 and 210 lb at the age of 19 you are holding some water as well as baby tissue, if I can call it that. Steroids at this age and that BF% whatever it is will just add more water and more Gyno.
So secondary to what Juiced just told you about being to young this whole idea of doing aas is just no good and unhealthy.
