Stopped taking steroids no increase in weight

So I finished my third cycle about 3 weeks ago or so. I took deca with cyponate. However, now I am facing some issues. With this cycle I was increasing in weight a lot. I was skinny before. I weighed 54 KG now I weight 63 KG. After the cycle was completed I went down to 62 KG. I used to do a routine with my private trainer which made me increase my weights and gains. However, now I don't know what routine to do since my private training session is over. I don't know what routine to do because everytime I find a routine to my liking someone says "For this to work you have to be juciing." this happened when I was looking at Dorian Yates Blood and Guts and Kris Gethin 12 week bulking on bodybuilding.com any suggestions?
 
You need juice for specific routines? OP if your not gaining weight, your probably not eating enough. And if you finished it 3 weeks ago, are you in post cycle therapy (pct) now or is that 3 weeks after post cycle therapy (pct)?
 
Your cycles over and your gonna lose most your gains. Thats why when your own you feel great then off all you can think about is being on again. If weight is a concern you should try weight gainer or cell tech to try and keep some size until your next cycle.

Dat der Cell Tech! OP: Whomever told you that you have to juice to have a workout program work is an idiot. Eating right will solve most of your problems along with consistent training in the gym.
 
bump all the above! Gaining weight is not magic, it is science. You need to eat more. It did make me spit a bit of coffee on my keyboard reading you need to juice for certain routines, that was a gooder!
 
haha you have to use gear for certain routines, i though i heard it all.

if you need help with a routine, pretty basic and a rule of thumb, whatever your lacking, increase the frequenct. say like 2-3 times a week. dont have an arm day for itsself. its so pointless. arms take like 5 minutes to fatigue, they dont need much. so something basic id suggest is doing something like chest/tri, back/bis, shoulders, legs, then you have 3 days to play with. so either hit something 3 times in a week or hit 2 different muscle groups twice a week. or add an extra rest day if needed. if you need more specific routines or what to do, i can help, jsut ask.
 
Wait a minute, you were 120lb soaking wet after 2 cycles? now you weigh a whopping 136lb.. Some people just have to learn the hard way, wait untill the juice completely leave your system you will be back down to 120lb in no time and feel depressed as fuck.

Also you dont need steroid to follow certain routines.
My best advice to you is eat more food and get your weight up to atleast 160lb naturally, (if you're shorter than 5"5 then 145 should be enough)..
 
goes to show that steroids without a solid diet are worthless... iv been preaching it for years.. my clients on cycle gain 25-30 lbs and always hold on to about 75% of it.. why?? because they feed their body thanks to me...

you didn't feed your body.. and the weight your gained was mainly water weight due to estrogen bloat...


your "routine" isn't half as important as your diet.. thats what you get for reading the brainwashing crap at bb.com.. what a joke that website is
