Not as long as it is unopened, if its open I would either use the rest or discard, Winstrol (winny) is a bitch for harboring bacteria, that can lead to nasty infections.

I've kept it open and unrefrigerated for periods of between 2-3 months with no problems before.

As with all steroids, a cool, dark, and dry place works best for storage.
