hey guys. this is my first time on here. im 5 ft 10 and 206 pounds.

350 bench
420 squat
450 deadlift
i was looking for some help on picking a cycle the would help me get more strength gains without adding to much size. wondering what you guys thought thanks
 
well here the secret bud........................BEEF, PORK, CHICKEN, TURKEY, AND 3J in the diet section serious though he will amaze you bud
