stretching and cardio

ok so im on my last week of a prop and tren cycle(thank God!!) and i ran about 3 times this whole cycle. every time i tried to run i would feel such pain from the prop shots in my quads and i was forced to stop. other weeks i would be limping a couple hours after the shot and neveer made it to the track. i have about 3 weeks before i start football, is there anything i can do in 3 weeks to gain some agility and speed? this cycle was definately a lesson learned: NEVER CYCLE WITH PROP..EVER
