i am a general manager of a restuarant. so my traing schedule is all screwed up. i train when i can 5 days a week.my problem is this. i think i would be making better gains but i am having problems with my diet. say if train in the am. it's a no brainer. where i need advice is in the pm. at 2 am. after traing do i do the same as the am after training. protien, glutamine, bccaa's, creatine. 30 minutes later eat. then nap. but when i get home at 2am its shake, shower, bed!!!!!! also should i switch to a slower releasing protien for after my pm training? i just normally go with straight whey due to the fact it gets to my muscles faster. please help correct any flaws i might be doing. thanks.

i wouldnt switch proteins , i would mix half and half .and even though carbs at bedtime has the potential to add unwanted fat i would still add some dextrose/simplecarbs to the shake to shuttle the nutrients into your body and replace glycogen stores lost at the gym

Bro just remember that your job puts food on the table and gets your gear. Big Ronnie works as well and if you ever watched "The Unbelievable" he shows how he works as a cop and he did cardio at 12 a.m and went to sleep at 1a.m. My point being is keep eating healthy food and stay focused on your training and nutrition.

If you find that your training is to hard to do, then split them up a bit more (POST YOUR TRAINING ROUTINE and times).

As for the training and info. afterwards, I would eat 1 1/2 hours before your training and I take one spoon full of low fat peanut butter (the one I have has 10g protein and 24g carbs with 6g fat) it helps me out atleast during training also taste good haha.

Drinki plenty of water during training and after take your protein shake and make some chicken breast and some potatoes (not mashed) for some carbs.

Good Luck bro and stick with it...:afro:
