Sub-q vs IM

Ok ive been doing my reading but still im confused as to whether IGF1/LR3 can be shot sub Q immediately after workout or before. Ive read that there are more receptors in the intestines that can cause organ growth there. Is this the case or can i use it sub q with no problems? Not really worried about localized growth because i feel igf-1 is more suited for that. Also not worried about the lumps it can leave from doing it sub-q. I would much rather do this to make it as easy as possible.

Plan on running 40 to 50mcg a day.
