sufficient amount of time?

steez

BLOATED!!!!!!!
do u think 2 days is a sufficient amount of time between tris and chest?(tris and bis on saturday and chest on monday) take into account that im on cycle right now at cyp 500mgs EW,tren ace 75mgs eod.

i do tris with chest bc chest works the tris already so why not do them the same day. then i do bi's with back bc deadlifts work my bi's a bit. for a small muscle like bi's i dont think it needs its seperate lift day. i would be more concerned with the peroid between chest and shoulders.

I think 2 days is definitely adequate between triceps and chest for me, but everybody is different. If it works for you, then it works. Simple as that.

72 hours is better.

same here..
as long as one workout is not affecting the other then i guess you ar fine..personally i think chest/delts/tris in 1 workout is best

well i think since i worked tris in the morning on saturday im gonna work chest at night 2mor.

Be careful not to overtrain, enthusiasm is great but overtraining is a common result. A bit more rest is better than less rest--recuperation is where growth occurs.

you'll be fried!! ^^

yeah if you "think" you need to do 10 sets of bench followed by 10 sets of delts followed 10 sets of tris

im always amazed at how the "body part" split people woh weigh 175 wanna stick to the same thing that doesnt work..ive got 2 kids 155 who actually try to tell ME how to lift lol..they train 1 rep maxes on every single exercises including lat pulls and ten complain to me they arent growing or that Im a PL and they are bodybuilders

It gives me a huge chuckle lol

i do shoulders on friday and arms on sat(i really try to keep shoulders away from chest)
so your tris get hit fri saturday then again on monday..
gear or not that will most likely hamper 99% of most peoples progress

Then try changing youre routine around some... maybe something like this.
Delts on wednesday, arms friday and chest on monday.

Good training off cycle = good training on cycle
Bad training off cycle = bad training on cycle

The Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) isn't part of the equation here.

of course its part of the equation...recovery speed is much diff on A.A.S.

there is a diff but its not dramatic, esp with the dose you running.

dont know why you posted a question if you already made your mind up what you gonna do.

I once had a man maybe 35 compliment me on my size. He then asked me if I could curl 200 lbs. I said probably but why would you? His response was holy shit 200 lbs! and then he walked away.

i didnt make up my mind...i asked if people think its enough recovery time, and simply said that im on cycle so my recovery speed would be different...no disrespect meant.
