Suggestions for 1st PH Cycle (After Acquiring Mass)

I'm still pretty new to all this AAS talk and still getting familiar with the terms. I'm currently 5'10, 180lbs 13%bf.

Bench - 230lbs x1
Squat - 285lbs x3
Deadlift - 375lbs x1


Been training for 6 months (had training experience prior to this so still had some strength and little mass), semi experienced lifter, just wanting to take a mild PH. I'm after attaining a decent amount of mass, possibly 8-12lbs if that's even possible? I'm still quite new to this so pardon if I'm made an obvious errors.
 
I would go with Helladrol or Epi - they are both compounds that are virtually side effect free and will provide you with LEAN and MAINTAINABLE gains post cycle

Well I'm struggling to find a lot of info on the" Msten" the other user told me about, still considering it though.

Helladrol and Epi do often come up however so may consider one of those as it seems to be consistently reliable. Just really need too do some research on all of these
