I guess this will be my 2nd attempt at a first cycle. My previous one turned out to be fake, so down $600.
I do extensive travel for work, typically flying out on Mondays and flying home on Thursdays or Fridays. So, I am looking for a low maintenance cyle, meaning, that I need something where I don't have to be injecting every day. I always carry my luggage, so taking viles, amps, and pins on a plane isn't something that I want to do. I am thinking something where I can inject every 5 days and mix it with an oral.
About Me:
In my 30's
6'1.5" about 208lbs. I have had an active lifestyle from the age of 16. I normally was doing light to moderate weight training, cycling, running, etc. I had some shoulder problems a year ago which prevented me from doing military presses and inclines. I lightened up on the weights and moved to machines (hammer & life fitness), which seemed to help. I have been hard at it in the gym for the past 2 months and I am almost back up to where I was pre-injury in terms of strength.
Diet: I travel a lot for work, so I always eat out. Over the past year, the diet was a bit less than ideal and the beer turned into a food group. Not good, I know! Anyhow, I have things in check and am back on a stricter diet.
Road Warrior's Diet
1. Egg white veggie Omelet, Toast (no butter or jam), coffee, water, fruit
2. Chx breast, lettuce, tomato
3. Boneless chx breast on salad (no cheese, croutons, small amount of FF ranch) or some sort of chx wrap
4. Usually something from Chipotle (Bowl with double Chx, onions, peppers, pico, NO Cheese, No Sour Cream or Guac)
5. I usually mix in at least 2 Isopure drinks that have 40 grams of protein and are 160 calories.
The diet varies depending upon where I end up entertaining clients. I may throw a filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, or pork tenderloin in the mix a couple of the nights. I just try to be smart about it now and opt for steamed veggies and pass on the garlic mashed. I am careful to be much more selective in the sauces used in the meal prep. Also, no more beer or wine if at all possible. Only 4 beers this entire month, which is very tough with college football back in full swing!
Workout:
I try to get in the gym whenever possible. I am now averaging 5 days a week as the days that I fly sometimes don't permit me getting into a gym.
Routine always starts off with stretching and Abs whenever I am in the gym
Day 1: Chest & Cardio
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs & Cardio
Day 4: Arms
Day 5:Shouldrs & Cardio
I can never really predict when the rest days will come.
Through the years of weight training I have always seemed to hit a peak and then plateau right around the same strength level. Now that I am older, I just weigh a bit more now, but hit the same plateau.
Goal:
Looking to add about 15-20lbs of lean muscle over time and be able to retain most of it and see the 6 pack that I can feel beneath surface (f'n beer).
