I am 6'3, now 220 (on cycle), 27 years old...training for athletics my whole life...serious weight lifting for 2 years...my question is this...I have long arms and as such hace a difficult time adding size to them...are there any specific exercises that can help with this genetic issue? Funny thing is my legs are extremely long but I can put size on here easily...thoughts/suggestions?

I have always started my biceps workout with 4 sets of 6-8 reps of standing barbell curls followed by 3 sets of 8-10 reps of incline dumbell curls. Then I finished them of with 3 sets of 8-12reps of concentration curls. For triceps I usally do 4 sets of 6-8 reps of skull crushers & another 4 sets of pushdowns and finish off with dips.
Before I started hitting the weights I used to have 14 inch arms.
Now after 6 years of training and a few cycles they are about 18's cold. I also usd to weigh 150 & thought I could never get to 200. But I did, I'am about 215 right now with 12% body fat & iam only 5'9.
It takes time, be patient.

I have the same problem bro. I am 6'2" though and I have long arms, They are by FAR my weakest body part when it comes to size. I would love to hear what other tall people do to try and overcome the longer arms.
