Suggestions on PH??

grat I tried for about six weeks doing all cardio and core felt great but started losing (muscle)size and my weight was pretty much the same but my 36" pants got super tight started to wear 38's no belt. diet was not on point tho

You stopped lifting?? Didnt have your diet in check. But still thought you'd lose weight. Prohormone, clen, aas, you got a lot to learn before any of those
 
I did a cycle of Katanadrol,which i cut short at 5 wks due to an injury, you can see my log..But even with diet on point you should cut some bf with cardio...These are not miracle drugs..It takes dedication I have been on point with everything since Oct and Im just starting to get where I want to be and thats 5 days a wk no breaks..And before you comment , I have 3 kids, School full time and Work full time ;)

I'm with one2 on the fact that I don't know where to begin with the PH stuff. I like the idea of it being legal tho so I'm open to the possibility. Been researching but still a lot to learn. However, I'm interested in what PHs, besides this Katanadrol, you all feel are good? My BF doesn't get above 8% so I'm not concerned with cutting. Strength, performance improvement, recovery, and some size are my goals. Thanks and thanks to one2 for starting the thread.
